HTG’s vision is to connect leaders by fostering authentic relationships and opportunities for sharing. The power of peers can now directly influence your service leaders through HTG Service Executive Peer Groups. Much like an Owner’s Peer Group, members build relationships of value, and share experiences and best practices with 10-12 other service leaders in a non-geographical competing market.
As opposed to trying to deliver good service with service tickets, members will understand the importance of strategy and planning, what metrics matter, how to navigate people challenges and gain tighter alignment with the owner’s business growth plan.
