Dr. Larry Little is a seasoned visionary, author, entrepreneur, and executive coach. As principal partner and CEO of Eagle Consulting, Eagle Center for Leadership, and the Enrichment Center Group, he walks with leaders both nationally and internationally. His executive coaching footprint spans from Kashmire, India, to Washington D.C. Additionally, he is a much sought after speaker and conference leader.
His leadership approach is rooted in the power of relationships: understanding one’s own personality and the personalities of those one leads. His work focuses on challenging leaders to strategically perform at a higher level in order to make a difference.
Phil Marshall is the Vice President and General Manager for NORDAM’s Interiors and Structures and Repair Divisions; both are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Phil joined NORDAM in 2012 and is directly responsible for executing all aspects of the business within original equipment manufacturers & maintenance, repair and operations with major customers including Boeing, Airbus, FedEx, American Airlines and Gulfstream.
NORDAM produces Aircraft Interiors and Structural components in support of business aviation as well as commercial aircraft platforms. NORDAM was founded in 1969 and has grown to become an acknowledged leader in aircraft component manufacturing and repair. NORDAM maintains facilities on three continents with a worldwide staff numbering in the thousands.
Prior to joining NORDAM, Phil has served as the Vice President of Production Operations for United Launch Alliance, overseeing the successful consolidation of ULA’s Production Operations to Decatur, Alabama. Before the formation of United Launch Alliance, Phil served as Site Lead and General Manager of Boeing Delta Operations in Decatur, as well Pueblo, Colorado. Phil was responsible for all manufacturing, final assembly and testing of Delta II and Delta IV launch vehicle components.
Before joining Boeing/McDonnell Douglas, Marshall held engineering positions with Northrop Aircraft and Teledyne Waterpik.
Marshall holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. He has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Tulsa as well as the Tulsa Ballet Board. He was the past Chair of the United Way Campaign for United Launch Alliance as well part of Leadership Alabama class of 2008.
