Planning, accountability and execution to achieve success

Develop deep and meaningful relationships by harnessing the power of experienced Sales Executive peers. Members are typically non-owner employees directly responsible and accountable for sales within the company. This may include Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, and Inside Sales.

Meetings are facilitated by industry leaders with significant sales management experience and are conducted face-to-face twice a year. In addition, there are quarterly facilitated calls. HTG empower: sales groups provide a confidential and transformative environment for personal and professional growth, where trusted peers use their rich life experiences to get better together.

HTG empower: sales is a place where knowledgeable professionals focus on critical foundations, including:

FAQ’s

The Service Summit is an annual conference with lecture-style learning. Members who participate in HTG empower: sales groups will focus on learning over an extended period of time, sharing experiences and best practices with 10-12 other sales executives, much like the HTG empower group for owners.
Our HTG empower: sales groups are international, similar to our other groups. Consequently, the location is based upon your geography.

  • In North America, our peer groups are held in Chicago.  We have been using a hotel that is midway between O’Hara and Midway airports.
  • In Europe, our peer groups are held in London.
  • In Asia / Pacific, our peer group meeting for 2016 will be held in Brisbane.

The specifics for each location will be provided upon assignment to a group. The conference calls will be virtual and information will be provided by the facilitator.

HTG empower: sales groups will meet semi-annually for 1.5 days. Groups will meet either Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday. Meetings will finish by 2 PM on the second day to allow for a late flight home.

In addition to the semi-annual, face-to-face peer group meetings, there will be two calls of about 90 minutes in duration between each of the meetings (four calls per year). These calls will be facilitated.

HTG empower: sales membership is $3,500/annual. The price is discounted to $3,000 if you make a single payment for the year.
