Thank you for your interest in joining HTG Online. This is the second step in the HTG Membership:

Process:

1. Discovery – Learn about HTG from the website, events, members and staff
2. Application – Confirm core principles, plus complete business and individual profiling
3. Assignment – Interview with a facilitator and commit to attend a group meeting
4. Onboarding – Complete the HTG Online Foundation Program onboarding activities.
5. Performance – Contribute in the first and future meetings meeting

At some times, HTG has more applications than openings. Your assignment and approval to join HTG will be determined by:

1. Meeting the base criteria for membership
2. Responses to questions in this application
3. Geographic fit compared to existing group members
4. Communications with HTG Online facilitators and staff
5. Completion of the HTG Online Foundation Program onboarding activities including payment

Base criteria include:

• Any number of employees
• Any annual revenue
• Any PSA tool
• Attend monthly 90 minute online meetings

HTG Online peer groups meet monthly. The groups start quarterly in January, April, July and October. The dates and times will be decided by HTG with input of the group members. Members will complete assignments prior to the meeting. The assignments could include watching a video, completing a plan template or completing a checklist to prepare for the call.

The 2012 HTG Online Peer Group Program Fee is $1,200 per year billed annually or $650 billed semi-annually. Fees are paid in advance of the first meeting. The Program Fee is structured per-Company, not per-Person.

There are no refunds for the semi-annual payment option. Refunds for the annual payment option may be either $600 or $300 depending on departures prior to the third quarter or fourth quarter, respectively.
