Remarkable Employees
Jeff Haden wrote a blog post that had some great thoughts on what it takes to have a remarkable employee. It isn’t exactly what you might think. I took his list and adapted it a bit to fit my thinking. But check out what you might want to consider when you are looking for that next person to change how your company works.
