Heartland Leadership Group Welcomes Hardin Byars
I am excited to announce that we have added another veteran member to the consulting team that is being built to serve the IT channel. Heartland Technology Consulting will come to market under the name of Heartland Leadership Group in January 2013, and is continuing to build our team of resources that will be available to serve partners and vendors alike.
The 2012 pilot year of the Heartland Leadership Group is off to a strong start, and we are pleased to announce the addition of new team member Hardin Byars who will join Rich Anderson as an executive coach and consultant. Hardin brings a diverse skill set, offering not only thought leadership but exceptional analytical ability and insights garnered from his over 30 years of diverse management experience. He brings previous consulting experience, through his time as CEO of Innovus Consulting, where he coached CEOs and advised senior executives on strategic planning and organizational development. Prior to founding Innovus, Hardin served as CEO of Intellinet, a nationally managed Microsoft partner and a member of the Heartland Technology Groups (HTG).
Hardin has a strong commitment to giving back not only to his clients but also to the community of Atlanta where he serves as a Mentor for young companies at the Advanced Technology Development Center of Georgia Tech, is on the advisory board of two start-up technology companies, and is a member of many industry and leadership associations. He lives in Atlanta with his wife of 37 years, Carolyn, and serves on the boards of Grace Fellowship Church as well as several other ministry organizations.
With the addition of a second executive coach, the Heartland Leadership Group is pleased to offer our clients a diversified team of seasoned perspectives with the depth, breadth, and proven ability to maximize business value and drive sustainable growth through execution.
Arlin Sorensen, CEO of Heartland Leadership Group, had this to say about Hardin. "We have been looking for the best coaching and consulting resources available to join our team, and with Hardin, we have found exactly that. His long time experience in leading and mentoring successful companies will be a significant addition to the HLG team. Hardin is passionate about helping people find their potential, and then taking that opportunity to execution. He is a great leader and a welcome member to our team."
HLG is beginning to plan which clients it will serve in 2013. Their approach is around executive coaching as the foundation, supported by targeted consulting, and undergirded by content that can help drive companies forward. Hardin is a great addition to your team. I have enjoyed my time with him and have gained great value from working with him both as a peer and as a coach.
