New HTG groups are being formed. Our Canadian group kicks off first with Stuart Crawford from IT Matters facilitating. The first meeting is in Calgary on June 2/3 and I will be in town to wish them well as they begin the journey together. There are only a few spots left in HTG10 - the Canadian group - so if you know any folks from north of the border who would benefit have them connect with Stuart or me. Stuart is a member of HTG3.HTG11 is being facilitated by Dave Sobel from Evolve and will consist of friends from Great Britain and areas across the big pond. Our goal is to begin recruiting and have a time together at WPC in Houston in July for those who are over here and then kick off the g... Continue reading
Time to take a check on how things are going with your business plan. Did you realize that as we start May, we are 33% done with the year already. Stuart Crawford has stepped up to lead this group provided we get the right participation. There was discussion of a Canada East and West group, but we will see how the application process goes. Dave Sobel has stepped up to lead the formation of our first European group, HTG England. So we are going international and this fits right into our vision to grow to 20 groups. More HTG firsts:1. Our first public discussion of the vision of HTG. Saturday night at HTGALL I shared a glimpse of the next steps for HTG. The leadership council is helping define the how to’s, but the vision is something like this – to create 20 groups of elite partners who build a community that can change the industry. We will be leveraging current HTG members as leaders of the next 11 groups. If you have a heart to help people, let me know. You don’t get paid much to facilitate beyond the ability to give back and make a difference in some people’s lives.2. Our first announcements of what will happen with the online groups. We have completed the first session of online HTG groups. We lea...
